R.I.P. Andy Rooney

 

Andy Rooney passed away a few weeks ago at age 92.  For those who didn’t know his work, he mostly highlighted quirky aspects of everyday items we all use but rarely examine.  I always found his commentary amusing and his voice and delivery played a key role alongside his commentary.  I got the sense from watching him that when he looked at something, he wasn’t concerned with what others would find interesting about the subject, he just reported what he found interesting.
